- In the morning, put the pan with the apples and the resulting syrup over high heat and bring to a boil. Then turn the heat down to low and slowly cook the jam, remembering to stir, for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the stove, let it cool, and then put it back on the fire. Until the jam starts to boil, and stirring constantly, cook for another 8-10 minutes over low heat.
- Remove from the stove again and wait until it cools down. Then let it boil again, and cook for the last time for about 5 minutes. Stir so that the bottom does not burn.
While the delicacy is still hot, pour it into sterilized jars, close the lids and leave until it cools completely.

You need to take two containers for making jam. Put raspberries in one, and white apples in the other. The number of products taken in this jam recipe is arbitrary, but it should be borne in mind that it is better to take raspberries as a basis, so a 1:2 ratio will be more harmonious in this case.
