- In the morning, put the pan with the apples and the resulting syrup over high heat and bring to a boil. Then turn the heat down to low and slowly cook the jam, remembering to stir, for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the stove, let it cool, and then put it back on the fire. Until the jam starts to boil, and stirring constantly, cook for another 8-10 minutes over low heat.
- Remove from the stove again and wait until it cools down. Then let it boil again, and cook for the last time for about 5 minutes. Stir so that the bottom does not burn.
While the delicacy is still hot, pour it into sterilized jars, close the lids and leave until it cools completely.

I cooked it for no more than 20 minutes. Due to the fact that my White filling apples were quite ripe, the slices fell apart during cooking.
Prepare glass jars of any size into which you will roll the jam. Wash them with baking soda and rinse well under running water. There is no need to sterilize the jars, just let them dry completely.

You need to take two containers for making jam. Put raspberries in one, and white apples in the other.
