Diet cupcakes recipes for weight loss are easy to prepare in the oven or microwave.
Say the magic “cracks, fax, pex” -
And a diet cupcake will benefit you
Everyone knows the taste of this cupcake. It would seem that you were just holding a tiny cupcake in your hand - and suddenly it disappeared. Just like in the cartoon Winnie the Pooh: “Honey – if it’s there, it’s gone right away!” That’s how it is with the cupcake – it’s very tasty. But the calories in it are through the roof!
What should those who are on a diet do in this case? After all, you only have to eat one small cupcake, and it will be immediately followed by a second, and then a third - and... the cupcake absorption conveyor has started working! And then repentance, torment and throwing ashes on your head... There is something to shed tears from.
But it is not all that bad. It turns out that the world is not without kind people, and they have come up with many recipes for equally delicious, but low-calorie muffins. Let's implement them quickly!
Diet oatmeal muffin
Preparation:
- To begin, pour one glass of oatmeal with water so that it covers the flakes completely, and let it soak for half an hour. Grind another glass of cereal into flour with a blender. Cut 50 g prunes into small pieces. This completes the preparatory part.
- Break two eggs into a bowl, beat them with a blender until foamy, pour in half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of soda, half a teaspoon vanilla sugar and pour half a glass of low-fat kefir over them. Whisk everything again, add prunes, swollen oatmeal flakes along with the remaining water, half a glass of finely chopped nuts, as you like, into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Continuing to stir, add oatmeal and knead the dough. It turned out to be a somewhat runny mass - this is normal. Baking pans must be greased vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle with oatmeal or semolina.
- Place the dough in the molds and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. You should bake for 20-30 minutes - it all depends on the size of the molds: the smaller they are, the faster they bake. But still better process control both visually and with the help of a wooden stick, piercing the cupcake with it: if the stick is easily removed and clean, then the cupcakes are ready, if the dough sticks to the stick, you should keep it in the oven.
- Remove the finished cupcakes from the molds and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Let them cool and eat without fear - if they bring you calories, then this is not critical.

The first records of honey cakes being flavored with spices date back to 350 BC. The recipe then included barley puree as a base, which was mixed with honey. The photo of these first cupcakes is more reminiscent of modern gingerbread cookies.
As a rule, for baking this dessert today they use yeast dough or biscuit. But, for example, in Germany, only a pastry made from dough without yeast can be considered a cupcake. In Russia, honey cake is very popular and is baked both for holidays and every day. It can be prepared with or without sugar. Moreover, a cupcake with honey baked according to the second option is considered more dietary, and therefore healthier. A more interesting point is the additives to the dough. Literally anything can be included in the recipe. Baking with candied fruits, nuts, seeds, dried fruits and even fresh berries will be very tasty and more original. Honey cake without sugar
This is the recipe simple cupcake, which is baked in a similar way to gingerbread. There is no sugar in the dough at all, but the sweetness is present in moderation. We will need: 1.5 cups (250 ml volume) of flour, 2 chicken eggs, 1 teaspoon of soda, 50 g of plums. oil, 1 whole lemon, a glass of honey, a pinch of cinnamon, 2 tbsp. milk. Preparation at home: Grind the whole lemon in a blender. Melt honey and butter over low heat and mix with lemon pulp. Combine flour, cinnamon, soda and gradually stir in the honey-lemon mixture. Milk and eggs are beaten separately, and then they are added to the dough. Bake at 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
If you want to improve the recipe a little, you can sprinkle the dough with chopped nuts. Then you won’t have to think about decorating the finished cupcake.
Classic honey cake
The classic honey cake recipe contains sugar. As a rule, the ratio of sugar and honey is proportional. Required Ingredients: 1.5 - 2 cups flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 2 eggs, 0.5 cups sugar, 100 g honey, 150 g plums. oils Cooking at home: Melt the butter and honey (if candied) over low heat, without boiling. While they cool, beat the eggs with sugar. Add butter and honey into the whipped mixture, stirring constantly. Lastly, add flour and baking powder and knead the dough. Fill the molds with dough. Attention! Thickness raw dough in the form should not exceed 1.5 cm, otherwise it will not bake. Don’t worry about the height of the cake; during baking it will rise very well - 2-2.5 times. The dessert should be baked at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about half an hour. Design ready-made baked goods, sprinkle with powdered sugar or melted chocolate.

- This recipe is taken from the Dukan diet and can be prepared in the microwave instantly, but it turns out delicious in any case (even if you under- or over-cook them). In addition, the recipe does not use eggs, which will appeal to lacto-vegetarians. The recipe proportions are designed for 1-2 servings, for one bite, so to speak, which is very useful for those who do not want to overeat.
How to prepare a “Healthy quick diet cake in the microwave”:
Lightly mix all the ingredients without beating or trying to get a homogeneous mass.
Fill the muffin tins (preferably silicone) with dough to about 2/3 of the total volume and place in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at maximum power. If the baking dish is large, then the cooking time should be increased to 2-3 minutes.
We take out the muffin tins from the microwave. If the cooking time and power were chosen correctly, then the muffins can be removed from the molds almost immediately.
If the cupcakes are a little undercooked, the result will be a “wet” version, but still very tasty, as chocolate cream. If you leave them for a little while and they dry out, they will look like a granola bar, very similar too! In general, you will have to experiment with cooking times and muffin tins - these are the characteristics of microwave baking.
And since it’s delicious in any case, you can safely experiment!
It is very important not to overdo it with milk and baking powder - use exactly 4 tbsp. milk and 1/4 tsp. baking powder. It is better to place the molds directly on a plate from the microwave. It is not necessary to add zest.

Cupcakes are a favorite type of baking for many, which you have to give up during the diet. However, as it turned out, this is not at all necessary. Properly cooked diet muffins will not harm your figure and will help you to calmly and without disruptions go through the “thorny” path of losing weight.
How to choose the right ingredients and bake diet muffins
A classic cupcake is made from... wheat flour premium, butter, eggs, sugar and raisins. In the diet version, all of these products are replaced with lower calorie and healthier options.
Wheat flour and proper nutrition, and even more so diet, are poorly compatible. It's not just about gluten, which is present in the product made from cultivated wheat, but also about the high glycemic index, which negatively affects sugar and insulin levels.
As an alternative, nutritionists suggest using varieties of flour that are more productive and healthy in terms of composition:
- oatmeal;
- buckwheat;
- rye;
- linen;
- barley;
- corn;
- rice;
- coconut;
- pumpkin
Advice!You can replace classic wheat flour with oat or wheat bran.
Butter gives biscuit dough The cake is crumbly and pleasantly moist, but it is very high in calories (748 kcal). In the dietary version, it can be replaced with low-fat sour cream or cottage cheese.
In some cases, the creamy version is replaced with a small amount of vegetable. Despite the fact that it contains more calories, the mechanism of its absorption by the body is different. But most importantly, vegetable oil does not contain cholesterol - one of the main enemies of the diet.
Honey has no less calories than sugar, so when using it as an alternative, one should not forget about moderation. You can replace both of these products with maple syrup, which has almost 1.5 times less calories, or natural stevia.
Eggs, if they are in small quantities, can be left or quail eggs with lower cholesterol content can be used. Alternatively, you can use only chicken whites for baking.
When using dried fruits, additional sweeteners can be removed from the recipe altogether, since prunes, raisins and dried apricots are sweet enough on their own. However, we must not forget about their high calorie content, so the amount of dried fruits should be strictly controlled. The same rule applies to nuts. It is more advisable to replace them with flax seeds, chia or sesame seeds.
In order not to attract additional calories in the form of oil for greasing the molds, it is more advisable to prepare diet muffins in silicone molds to the walls to which the biscuit does not stick.

Say the magic “cracks, fax, pex” -
And a diet cupcake will benefit you
Everyone knows the taste of this cupcake. It would seem that you were just holding a tiny cupcake in your hand - and suddenly it disappeared. Just like in the cartoon about Winnie the Pooh: “If there is honey, then it’s gone!” That’s how it is with the cupcake – it’s very tasty.
- Break two eggs into a bowl, beat them with a blender until foamy, pour in half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of soda, half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar and pour half a glass of low-fat kefir into them.
Baking pans must be greased with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkled with oatmeal or semolina.
- Place the dough in the molds and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. You should bake for 20-30 minutes - it all depends on the size of the molds: the smaller they are, the faster they bake. But it’s still better to control the process both visually and with the help of a wooden stick, piercing the cupcake with it: if the stick is easily removed and clean, then the cupcakes are ready; if the dough sticks to the stick, you should keep it in the oven.
- Remove the finished cupcakes from the molds and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Let them cool and eat without fear - if they bring you calories, then this is not critical.
