When all the above ingredients have been mixed until smooth, add 450 g of sifted flour. Mix gently with a fork rather than a blender - this will make the dough more tender and soft. Wrap it in cling film and let rest for about 60 minutes.
While the dough is infusing, select the necessary molds. If you are making cookies for a child, then animals, Christmas trees, butterflies, etc. are suitable. For older children (4-6 years old), you can make cookies in the form of geometric shapes. The result is not only a delicious dessert, but also an educational one.
When the dough has rested sufficiently, you need to roll it out. Don't forget that it will rise in the oven. So make it about 6mm thick. Then create a mold and put it in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Now you can add 350 g of flour and 1 tsp. baking powder. Knead the dough. It will turn out soft and tender. Let the dough sit for at least 20 minutes, then roll it out and press out the desired shapes. If the child is 5-6 years old, you can cut out letters, numbers or geometric shapes from the dough.
When the cookies go into the oven, sprinkle them with sugar. Set to bake at 200 degrees. The appearance of a golden crust indicates readiness. For authenticity, pierce one cookie with a toothpick or match. If the dough does not remain on them, then it is ready.
Puff pastry cookies
This dessert is loved not only by children, but also by adults. To prepare it, you first need to make puff pastry. For this you need products:
- margarine (you can use butter);
- lemon juice;
- flour;
- a little salt;
- sour cream (yogurt);
- egg (one yolk).
The ingredients are only suitable cold, not at room temperature - this is the main condition for preparing puff pastry.
Place butter (200 g) in 350 g of flour. From this you need to make small crumbs with your hands. Then put the yolk, a pinch of salt and a fermented milk product (kefir, sour cream or yogurt) into the same container. Now you need to knead the dough. If it sticks to your hands, then add a little more flour. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and refrigerate to rest for at least 20 minutes.
Now cut out the shapes and place the cookies on a greased baking sheet. Very often they are made into triangles. However, if your baby has beads from a shortbread set, you can use them to squeeze out cookies. It will turn out not only tasty, but also original. Bake it for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Christmas dessert
For the holiday, cookies are made in the shape of stars, snowmen, Christmas trees, etc. Various seasonings are added to them to add piquancy and exquisite taste. These shaped cookies turn out to be not only original, but also very tasty. The main thing is not to overdo it with seasonings.
First, beat the butter and sugar (100 g each) until smooth. Add 0.5 tbsp. molasses, which can be replaced with honey, and one yolk. Pour flour (about 400 g) into a separate container, add salt, baking powder and soda (2 g each). Now add seasonings - 2.5 g each of cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg. Mix everything thoroughly and bring until smooth. Then pour the butter with sugar and honey into the same container.
The dough turned out elastic, soft and homogeneous. Refrigerate it for 60 minutes. When you take out the dough, roll it out into a circle 5 mm thick. Cut out the shapes you need for the holiday and place on a baking sheet. The dessert should be baked at 180 degrees for about half an hour. Now the shaped cookies are ready. The recipe is quick and easy. Therefore, any housewife can implement it.
If you want to decorate the finished cookies, wait until they cool. After all, powdered sugar or glaze will not hold up when it’s hot.
If you don’t have special molds, you can squeeze out the figures using the beads from the sand set. However, they must be washed very well before use. You can cut out letters, numbers, smiles and much more with a knife.

- wheat flour - 2 cups;

Sprinkle the table on which we will cut the dough with a small amount of flour. Then, using a rolling pin, roll out a layer approximately 3-4 mm thick. And then we use special notches from the dough to form all sorts of figures.
The baking tray must be dry and clean. There is no need to lubricate it, since shortbread dough contains fat and does not stick to the baking sheet. You can also use parchment paper if you wish. Then lay out the cookies in rows. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. And bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes.
Now let's move on to making the fudge. To do this, pour granulated sugar into a saucepan and pour water. Without stirring, place the pan over medium heat. Bring the liquid to a boil. Lightly move the liquid in the saucepan using the handle. Cook the syrup for a few minutes. At the end, add 5 drops of lemon juice. Test the syrup to see if it is ready. Add a drop of syrup into a glass of cold water. It should curl into a ball. The syrup is ready.
Cool the syrup immediately after preparation. You can put the pan in cold water, it will be faster. Using a spoon, beat the lipstick until white.
First, you need to squeeze the juice out of fresh, grated beets.
Then slightly heat the finished lipstick and add fresh beet juice to it to obtain a pink color.
Place the cooled cookies tightly on parchment paper. Drizzle fudge over top. Baby cookies are ready.
