How to prepare "Three-layer jelly"
Pour gelatin into 1.5 cups of cold boiled water and leave for an hour so that it swells. Then put the pan with gelatin on low heat and heat, stirring constantly, but without bringing to a boil. We need all the gelatin granules to dissolve.
Pour sour cream into a separate pan and add half a glass of cooled gelatin mixture and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
